Pros
Management is awesome and the company is always growing. In the management roles, they mostly promote from within. Best coworkers I have ever had!
Cons
Little room for movement, as there is low turnover in leadership. Salaries are not competitive with the market, and the HR department refuses to promote/increase salaries, even when your leader approves it.
