      Health insurance is expensive, but I'm not sure it's less anywhere else.

      Different projects. No unnecessary interference from managers. Helpful teammates, also always up for discussing complex configurations and sharing knowledge. Good exposure to Salesforce tools, integrations, and implementation-related tasks. Flexibility plus competitive pay and benefits.
