Pros
To help the patients receive the fair pricing of medical heath and assistance to cover certain treatments. Interaction with the patient in assisting them to understand the insurance responsibility and the portion that is their responsibility. Assisting them to sign up for alternate financial programs to help with the portion of their bills that insurance doesn't cover.
Cons
Poor team work and willingness to upgrade systems and approaches to billing structures. Communication of updates, new working avenues to short cut the researching of audits for past due billing failures. Not completing the research on accounts. Dropping the account until it's unrecoveralbe from either the insurance company or the patient.
