      Corporate functional groups are not present. If you need a legal team, commercial person, procurement, etc. to operate this may not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Inexplicably, there are a lot of extraordinary techs working there. Many locations, staffed with a good percentage of qualified people.

      Cons

      Management does not understand that THEY are not actually a product. Pays lip service to safety. Advancement seems to be based on the buddy system rather than qualifications, just like the pay scale.
