Pros
It would be very difficult to describe the positive attributes of this agency, those who run it and those who work here. The box is not big enough. So I will highlight a few of the key features:
* The owners/managers of the agency are all about the win-win-win scenario.
* They truly support their staff, go out of their way to make sure all needs are met.
* The management is professional so therefore, the staff is professional.
* They actually care about their employees and freelance workers.
* They have a generous self-care package (paid holidays, benefits, supervision)
* The owners are on the front lines with the rest of the troops.
*The ability for upward mobility and training assistance.
Cons
Paperwork. (but where would you be able to get away from this?)
