Pros
There is so much opportunity for growth, I started entry level and put in the hard work and moved my way up in the company. The manager is always there to help when you cant figure something out, they put time in to the training and developing side of marketing. I came into the business and was truly terrible at marketing, I really thought it wasn't for me. However with the time and effort they gave to me I was able to flourish and stay consistent with my sales week after week. I also really love the team environment , every other week or so we get together as a team and do something fun outside the office environment.
Cons
I believe this is a great opportunity, the only downside is if your not a person who like to talk to other people you probably will not do well in this company.
