      Pros

      The culture, people, kids, and future of BGA are the reasons I love working here. The leadership is so supportive by; giving good feedback, setting goals, and are genuinely committed to your success. I'd describe BGA as innovative, supportive, fun, inclusive, and goal oriented. I'm so grateful to be able to say that I LOVE my job.

      SOMEtimes I get last minute projects sent to me, but I have a great team to help get it done.
