Great company with pension still intact - Epidemiologist Battelle Employee Review

I work at a government location as a Battelle contractor. Battelle is considered one of the best contracting company around. They value their employees and show it with a pension that is still intact decades after similar companies have phased theirs out. They negotiate great salaries for their employees and really went to bat for us when the government shut down last year. We were one of the only contracting companies that continued to pay employees during shut down.
