Pros
The company has values and does not stick by them. Executive leadership team is full of “friends” who have worked together for a while and lie and cheat to “win” at work. This has happened to everyone from the DM level down.
Cons
Long standing employees have very minimal education and lack a diverse background so they are very reluctant to change. Executive leadership is a melting pot of people hired from outside combined with people who have worked there for 20 years with little to no education or real training. Problem is - they always listen to the people who worked there longer vs. the new people from outside who have an objective curious outlook. Destined for failure. Ideally those who have been there should listen and learn and accept feedback so the company can stay alive. I would highly recommended hiring outside consultants to help give and objective opinion.
