Pros

Besides the benefit of receiving a discount to shop at Victoria's Secret and other LBrand stores. However, you don't even get the discount card right away so its useless and you can't use it with any other offers that is going on in the stores.

Cons

NEVER EVER EVER WORK HERE!!!! I was recently hired as a part-time sales associate and gave them an open availability. I was trained for two days and then was only scheduled for one shift the following monday for four hours! Then I was scheduled for no shifts the next week! How is this a part-time job? The store keeps hiring more people, but I was a new hire and couldn't even get any hours. I wanted at least 30 when I applied, but obviously they didn't care about that. I hope that LBrands fixed their management and stop hiring employees that they can't give hours too. It's a really bad place to work since I was told that I'd be taken off the schedule if each customer who make a purchase do not sign up for the coupons and offers at the end by providing their phone and email. Literally, the worst job I ever had!

Pros

Great brand to work for! Corporate leaders are great at motivating team down to associate level. (Not sure about Daniel yet though, I’m mostly referring to the tentured leadership team) There’s access to tools that offer clear communication (almost too much communication sometimes). Development is the core of this brand and managers are trained to foster internal talent when it’s identified. The product sold here is cherished by a huge fanbase as well- customers feed off of the excitement the associates have around the product.

Cons

Operationally demanding and challenging; don’t underestimate how much labor and planning goes into selling candles and lotion.
