Pros
- The culture is really positive and encourages employee well-being, but also doesn't pressure you to be a part of everything. It's very laid-back and authentic. - Flexible schedule (respective to job duties) - People actually care about your emotional/mental well-being - Pay is fair - Fully remote (for most employees, again respective to job duties) - Provide opportunities for ongoing training - All major holidays off -401k match - The work really makes a difference for bats - Occasional staff retreats are awesome - Culture and operations seems to be constantly evolving for the better, not stagnant
Cons
- Doesn't fully pay for insurance benefits, but covers a chunk of it (not sure exact percentage). - Being remote, it takes longer to connect with coworkers. The leadership works to provide opportunities for connecting, but ultimately you are time zones away from some people and that might not be for everyone.
