Pros
Good people, work/life balance, freedom, good stated culture
Cons
Unwilling to learn from experts - so confident in internal culture that they treat legitimate, constructive criticism as sign that those people are simply not a "good fit." There is a definitely a "good ol'boy" feel to BW. That is incredibly discouraging - and so widespread that it undermines their stated culture. People were leaving before me, at the same time as me, and after me, and others have reached out that they are looking: and not just disgruntled malcontents, but long time cornerstones who really want them to succeed. It's not just one department either - it's systemic. Bottom line: when you build your reputation on strong culture, and fail to deliver on that, you're not going to keep strong talent. Especially given the fact that the pay is just okay and the benefits are really bad.
