      Pros

      There are absolutely none I can think of which pretty much sums it all up.

      Cons

      Barrow Wise does not have proper leadership or management skills. The turnover rate is high and I can now see why. Employees are not recognized for their accomplishments and are only criticized for their shortcomings, management lacks in providing any guidance and/or clarification for tasks, and you're consistently given tasks that are not part of your job description.

      Gained a lot of exposure and opportunities to meet new people. Working culture is good with Seniors and Managers who are willing to guide and coach you along the way.

      Pros

      Quite literally nothing. They are scammers and all the reviews are fake except the one real person claiming it is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They flood themselves with fake profiles everywhere with positive things, but nothing adds up.

      Cons

      This is not a real company. Everything they have done is a facade and it is purely a phishing attempt.
