Pros
Comprehensive training, helpful co-workers, opportunity for growth in a rapidly evolving field, fun atmosphere, commission (including accelerators) for those who work hard enough to cash in on it, employees are held accountable (ie, you get what you put in).
Cons
SKO was turned into "Launch 2016" this year, which was essentially 2-days of intense training (instead of a kick-off at a fun location). Parking lot can get full after 9 AM, but new lot has pretty much addressed that issue. Food no longer served all 5 days; only 3 days a week now (with food trucks the last 2 days a week), but it's better than nothing.
