Pros
Very easy to get in the door, which leads to a mostly young and eager team. If you work hard and stay on management's good side it shouldn't be very difficult to move up the ladder. I think most management actively seeks to help, although there are always a few bad eggs. Decent products with a pretty well-defined market of small and medium businesses. Fun environment (if you're based out of HQ) with parties, game room, bar, and other events.
Cons
Pay is obviously under industry standard, as most reviews here will tell you. Also, that young, eager workforce extends up until the executive level, which means sometimes it seems like everyone (including your manager) is 'winging it' to an extent. Business as a whole seems to be slowing down a little bit, but expectations are not. It was pretty rare for the better part of the last year to hit quota, no more than probably 10% of the team per month would hit on average, which can lead to a negative environment on the sales floor. Managers definitely play favorites. When you're on their good side it's great, but hearing what they say about other people makes you wonder how they talk about you to colleagues when you're not around. The number of people leaving voluntarily in 2016 has been increasing quickly. Either a bad sign, or just a necessary new beginning.
