Wonderful people to work with in a team environment

I cannot give a con I have had a great experience

ABSOLUTELY NONE AS FAR AS YOUR ACTUAL JOB! THE ONLY THING YOU CAN LOOK FORWARD TO IS THE NURSING STAFF ON THE FLOOR, ESPECIALLY IF YOUR AN ACTUALLY LAB TECH WHO CARES ABOUT PATIENTS AND DOES YOUR JOB AS YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO!

They never get labs drawn on time Joint Commission is in there all the time. Patients go in for surgery and have to go back in due to complications and end up worse than before. Staff is rude, documentation is falsified and the worst is blood bank is not being verified accurately on patients. Phlebotomist just don't care. Its horrible and management holds nobody accountable and if your a good phlebotomist and brings these things to the attention of management you are put on the chopping block and pushed out.
