- Exposure to multinational operations and structured processes (might not be a good thing too if you are newbie)
- Work-life balance (end work on time)
Cons
Cons:
- Communication between teams can be slow and unclear
- Decision-making is often top-down, with limited flexibility (aka everything need to follow HQ SOP but sometimes the SOP not really suitable for sub-company esp overseas)
