Pros

Good benefits and the assistant branch manager at Everett.

Cons

Red flag warning!!! Dont do it! I don't appreciate being bullied and singled out. Then told I am here to work not socialize; a few moments later watching my two peers leave the teller line to schmooze it up with management, while I was left to my own devices. You lied about "we are a fun group, you just need to get to know us!" When I tell you that I have allergies, you essentially tell me so what. I am entitled to a work place that doesn't reek like the perfume counter! There are ADA rules for this! The No phone policy is only for you. There will excuses as to why everyone else can be on theirs. You will see that if you aren't a favorite, then you will get ripped into weekly.

Thank you for you sharing your perspective. We will share it with the appropriate leaders for consideration on how we can continue to enhance the employee experience. It’s never easy to hear an employee did not have a positive experience. We are continuing to look for ways to increase the sense of inclusivity and belonging we create in our culture.
