Cons
Some of the cons about Bank of the Ozarks is we do not get all of the bank holidays off. If you are experienced enough and banking like I am they look upon you to do more things without more pay for example I am a mentor for the bank which means I train new employees and with the bank buying more Banks all across the u.s. they have me travel all across the US and stay in different states to train the new branches that we have bought. They expect me to do all of that with no extra pay they are so released my branch manager about 5 or 6 months ago and never hired a new one and pretty much made me the branch manager at my location but being the assistant with no raise and then they change my position to a salary, which I was not asked or I did not sign anything saying that I would approve being salary with no pay and then took away my yearly raise and said that the salary change was my yearly raise. The health insurance is not very good insurance. I feel as though they do not care or treat their employees very well. the health insurance is not very good insurance.
