They value people when they are just starting their careers. You are given a lot of responsibility when just beginning.
Cons
Gives too much importance to cliques, being friends with your boss will get you farther easier than actually being good at your job. Pay is awful, you would expect more from one of the biggest banks in the country. For development analysts there is not clear path of advancement in the company.
