Pros
Working part time at BCPL was a great experience. There was a step program for compensation so if you progressed in your training and time there you got small raises along the way. The environment was friendly and I often found myself hanging out with various coworkers outside of work.
Cons
It was a bit harder to transition into full time work than I would have liked, but still a good company and a great environment.
