Worst Place to work - Sales Advisor Balibaris Employee Review

This company has such potential to take off in the uk but due to abusive and egotistical management everyone eventually quits. Good locations for stores but customers lose brand loyalty when staff constantly change.

The UK manager for Balibaris is the most abusive and degrading manager I have ever had to a point where she is comfortable to get in young girls faces and scream. Constantly left alone in stores with no cameras or support, bad HR team, constant abuse for the companies flaws and mistakes, no consideration or consistency for staff and bailiffs constantly at stores due to mismanagement.

The locations the shops are based at are very nice, but nothing good to say about the company itself

•horrible incompetent management •will force you work overtime without pay •the managers are psychopathic, colleagues are toxic, downright medieval social hierarchy, you will be NOT respected as a human being. Anyone who enjoys living a normal life leaves this company as soon as they can. •no life work balance, no time off during the weekends nor the whole winter season. •French management will send emails in french… to the stores based in the UK. •nothing you do will be ever be good enough. •damaged my mental health to the point that I had to be medicated. •breaking uk employment law all the time
