-flexible hours, so good for part time or those needing flexibility but not great if you really need hours -some members are nice and tip well -pretty chill as far as serving goes -banquets are fun -lots of food

-some members can be entitled and kinda racist/classist/out of touch -drama with coworkers -unorganized

great place to work, can choose your own hours and everyone is very nice there

no room for growth, at least in my position. early mornings, if you are not a fan of that. other than that not much to complain about.
