Not a good place to work. - Production Associate Bakery Barn Employee Review

Where should I start? The place is so disorganized. Managers sit in their offices on social media or play games. It’s a social event. There are clicks that do next to nothing and are enabled to do so by the managers/supervisors. Hard workers are not recognized. You can’t go to anyone with a problem. HR is a waste of time for any help. Employees/management can get away with anything which is not according to the law.
