      Great coworkers, overall support system is good. They try to reward employees semi-regularly.

      Cons

      Hours are brutal for basically no reason. Scheduling doesn't reflect actual work available.

      Pros

      There is room left to build and have an impact. The quality of coworker is fantastic.

      Cons

      After a PE deal in 2025 and significant merger with Moss Adams in 2026, significant restructuring has reduced headcount in People Solutions and work seems to be shifting to India.
