The company was established in 1873 and is deep in history. It has a long standing relationship with it's customers and a good product line in 3 of it's divisions. There are some very good dedicated hard working people there.

The management is young and the ownership is located out of state so there is very little oversight.

Constant hemorrhaging of workers/laborers, higher ups are extremely resistant to meaningful change, low opportunities for advancement, archaic technology with minimal change, and a severe lack of compassion around injury or illness.
