Pros
-Good pay, good benefits, and great people. Its a wonderful place to get a career started in Finance. The company has a strong culture and has numerous opportunities. -Promotions seem to be merit based for the most part.
Cons
-Nepotism seems strong here but its about the same as every other Financial Company I've seen since. -HQ is Milwaukee
