Worst company - Anonymous employee BaffleSol Technologies Employee Review

Nothing is good here, domestic helpers salary is more than what they offer. Management is worst. Managers are always unaware of what their team members are doing. Insensitive people around. Employees doesn't know English. Too much of interference in personal life. Company wants the employees to work 7 days for 9 hours each even if there is no work. Leaves are never approved. If by chance you escape by giving resignation letter then they will suck your blood for the enite notice period you serve. They will make you work on something which is neither your part of job nor you have knowledge about it. Salary hike is not there. Forget learning in this company.
