      layoffs poor management (too many managers) chaos in projects hybrid model (no fully remote option) strict technologies lack opportunities for developing new tech skills poor work life balance /you have to be available in other time zones/

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
