Pros
Really simple work for anyone who can use basic tools.
Mostly genuinely good-hearted people.
Cons
Upper management don't care about the harassing behavior of belligerent, ill-spirited employees because they are their "beloved tech" who brown-nose with uncompensated work.
Previous interviewee mentioned obscene Anti-LGBT sentiment
Environment attributes that make the place feel like a prison. (Extremely loud lunch, break, and dismissal horn. And major gate closing at a specific time so you can't grab lunch easily. Everybody having to wait in line to clock out at the same time)
Unacceptably SLOW computers. (Who deploys ANY employee machines in the US with a measly 4 gigs of RAM?!)
