--Sometimes management looked kindly at the wrong co-workers. For example, a colleague out-and-out plagarized a company report by using a sell-side analyst writeup and presenting it as his own. I am still scratching my head as to why management thought this person was a good analyst as this was done on many occasions. --Teamwork needs to be improved.
