None, maybe a 5% discount on alcohol and Woolies but not really worth ut
Cons
They’ve cut managers bonuses by 25%, changed their targets, made it area performance rather than individual (if 4 stores don’t do well in a part, you lose part of your bonus) and store performance. They’ve recently implemented a new roster system to cut costs, if you’re casual or PT, be prepared to work 3 hour shifts
