Great social life and lots of parties. As a female you will some opportunities as you will be used as a token for “equal pay and diversity demonstration”.
Cons
Money goes to the parties but not to people salaries. Very unfair, racially and culturally segregated. Innovation and opportunities of research is only limited to a bunch of incompetent favourites and no one else! The innovation is just from the money paid to universities to create objects for marketing purposes used specially for Education sector clients. You won’t have any future in this place. If you want any progress and future, you don’t want to loose your confidence and character, stay away! It is a known fact that if you want to have sny progress in there you need to become part of their “entourage” or provide some “off cards” services! In this place, if you want to have any career progress you need to get close to the share holders and play any dirty trick you can! It doesn’t matter how good you are it is not about your skills and work! Not about your business acumen! Just how you can blend in and become a “BVNer” and provide other services to shareholders, (look after their dogs, etc.!)
