Depending on the team you work on, you may end up working with some great people. CEO, Avi, genuinely cares about employee welfare. Good work is recognised and rewarded.
Cons
Very much an old-fashioned PR and ad agency. Digital capabilities are very weak. Power lies in the hands of a very outdated generation. Some very toxic characters continue to stay on in the PR department despite various complaints.
