Management wise it was easy going with no one on your back. Some great work colleagues, knowledgeable in their field and fun to work with.
Cons
A complete lack of bonuses, appreciation for your contribution and expertise. No appraisals and almost zero management input. Work is a case of reactive firefighting with a chronic lack of engineers. No potential for career growth.
