Pros
The only good reason to work here is due to "some" very good and friendly people.
Cons
Discrimination between the locals and expats. Some UK based expats earn 10 times more than his/her same position and level locals. The locals are paid hourly and every minute of their hour are checked by HR. if you are late for 5 minutes they cut your 1 hour!! on the other hand the expat can leave/come to the work anytime he wants.
