      Pros

      The pros is the general relaxed atmosphere at work and the different nationalities working together in Brussels. There is also good balance between private and professional life.

      Cons

      Outsourcing to India and Poland is extremely demotivating for the staff. It seems there is no more job stability.

      Pros

      Work life balance is good for the most part.

      Cons

      Everyone in upper management (including our CEO) has come from JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs while employees who have worked at BNY for 20+ years are not being chosen for promotion opportunities. Looking to juniorize the company yet give zero training and support for analysts starting out. The culture has completely changed over the last few years, looks like a different company.
