      Pros

      Laid out work environment, Incentives, Transportation and in house career advancements courses (very limited though).

      Cons

      Growth is close to nil. Salary increment depends on your performance ( but rather than you performance it depends on your manager and his immediate superior).

      Work life balance is good for the most part.

      Cons

      Everyone in upper management (including our CEO) has come from JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs while employees who have worked at BNY for 20+ years are not being chosen for promotion opportunities. Looking to juniorize the company yet give zero training and support for analysts starting out. The culture has completely changed over the last few years, looks like a different company.
