They will check in on you for everything and nitpick, even when they make it clear they want you to own the tasks at hand. - The core values are not followed across the board. High standards are held for lower and mid-level employees but not from all upper management, especially when it comes to Excellence and transparency. - The upper management loves to talk about having a "healthy fear" instilled into employees, which is extremely toxic to the workplace environment. - Those who have been working hard or never had a performance issue will still be put on performance plans (and threatened with termination) if a single mistake is made.
