Politics and not good for techies ... Actually if you happen to like your work, and want to grow in tech, this is not a place for you. People who reach positions by chance rule, and play the system that only people like them (dummies) can progress in the company :D In case this is just a means to earn money (somewhat peanuts but okayyy, pay is ok in Europe) and have a great work-life-balance, you may never ever leave this place :D :D
