Pros
- Very very stable employer - Lots of options for areas of employment - Lots of locations (which are much better than Munich!)
Cons
- Lower compensation than others - Very hard to advance, unless someone dies - Zero Benefits - No XMAS dinners or other activities, I have to pay for tap water at lunch, the buildings are always cold - nothing premium here - People go here to die, no possible consequences for under-performers due to union - Bad outlook for the next years, even more penny-pinching announced (not sure how though, because everything is at a minimum already)
