Portfolio Manager - Anonymous employee BMW Group Employee Review

Dealership Level of Management is very poor. NO official training. Learned responsibilities from previous Portfolio Manager but they could not offer me their undivided attention and time. Retailer Principle (Owner) was constantly looking at ways to reduce compensation and INCREASE work load and targets. Not only in this position but across the dealership. Makes for a very negative environment.
