      Pros

      I thought the pay was higher than other banks for the same work. They beat CIBC and RBC from what I have heard.

      Cons

      Make sure you stay in the top half of the country in rank. Targets go up each year by a lot.

      Big corporation with good benefits.

      Cons

      Managers make too much on our backs. Managers get to have lot more flexibility and fun on corporate card. Growth is very stagnant. Some managers treat you like factory workers and won’t let you leave at 4:45ish
