Low carreer improvement but can learn new things

Some of the employees are genuinely nice to work with and good in what they do but mostly trapped in an environment that does not allow for any growth or to even do their jobs properly.

Management team consist of people who are related or friends with the bosses and are not subject matter experts in the fields that they are managing. They're there to siphon money from the business and making shady deals while the ones working are paid peanuts and not being appreciated. The management style is based on fear and micromanaging on the things that doesn't benefit anyone except to assert their power and reminding you who's in charge. Speaking up on issues pertaining the business operations or work culture will just mark yourself as a target. Every other week is like a game of Russian roulette on who will be stabbed from the back.
