Pros
If you prove you're a hard worker then you can oftentimes get a good schedule. The amount of money you make is up to you. Several different managers so it gives you more opportunity to have one you get along with well. There was also room for upward movement. If you worked there for about a year and REALLY liked you, they'd move you to bar tending (A LOT more money), then supervising, then management.
Cons
Very restaurant politic-y. Some of the managers only paid attention to the girl servers who flirted with them, and if you didn't follow suit your schedule could suffer greatly.
