      Most customers are nice. many of my coworkers were fun to work with.

      Cons

      management tip pool is unfair. People get tips they don't earn.

      Very busy. Constant flow of customers coming in.

      Cons

      Wild expectations for servers. Run your food and the food for the whole rest of the floor. Bus for the whole floor. Obtain customer reviews in their internal system - your job depends on this - but the system only works 15% of the time and most customers won’t do it.
