There a few positions that have been approved to be remote and we will continue to assess this as a potential option for other positions. We conduct a biannual market analysis to ensure we are paying more than 50-75% of our industry peers. And yes, the telecom work can change quickly. We continue to work and submit proposals to a variety of clients so we aren't as affected if a project changes dramatically. BHC encourages a lot of cross training so that you are skilled in multiple areas of fiber projects.
