Cons
The Pay sucked Very "cliquish" and high school-like environment Can get loud at times when, especially when trying to get work done The hours were very Inflexible for an agency - you can be a salary employee working 60 hour weeks, but the reward you'll get is a note from HR if you're 15 minutes late in the morning, smh You lose earned vacation hours if you choose to leave the company or get terminated
