Great to hear that you enjoyed your co-op term with BGC and thanks for making a special note of our great work culture, compensation package and of the friendships you made. We work carefully with our Co-op students to provide opportunities as each team member grows and demonstrates an interest in some increased responsibilities. As part of our team development, we encourage Co-op QA testers to look at the code to understand its importance in our work. There are opportunities to spot problems, fix bugs and provide other suggestions to the Tech Leads. Showing initiative and willingness to learn in these areas will allow us to provide more of these types of tasks and challenges to keep you engaged. We match Co-ops with mentors to provide you with both leadership and technical guidance.
