Not much over the years

1) Inconsiderate, incompetent, and rude mid level management. Major bond theories from what we learn in university for example macaulay duration approach, fisher weil approach are adopted, but castagnino matias approach in my opinion is not proven and entirely not recommended. Moreover, the dreadful long hours, silo structure, lofty promises from management to this day never been fulfilled. 2) They accept and treat FT staff nicely at the start, but then differently as staff progress.
